The Field Inventory Analyst 2 will function as an integral member of the inventory control team. As such, the Analyst will need a level of knowledge and proficiency in Inventory Systems Technology to complete the counts remotely and in person to assist the Field staff with potential problems or issues.

The Inventory Analyst 2 partners with other members of the Commercial Logistics team, Field Logistics personnel, Sales Professionals, Warehousing and Hospital personnel to achieve complete and accurate counts of Smith & Nephew inventory and assets. The Inventory Analyst 2 will also play a key role in assisting the Management in day-to-day reporting and activates to assist in Inventory controls.

What will you be doing?

* Conduct the Field Sales team with Inventory Counts at multiple locations nationwide, including sales reps, customers/hospitals, offices and warehouses.

* Assist Leadership and Management with Inventory Reporting.

* Report on field count activities.

* Work with Field Personnel, Sales Representatives, Supply Chain and Finance to complete physical inventories in a timely fashion.

* Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to Travel & Expenses, Safety, Quality and Credentialing.

What will you need to be successful?

* Associate degree in a related Business field or equivalent experience.

* 2 years' experience in a related field (Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics).

* Microsoft Office Suite Applications and Analysis Skills.

* Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

* Knowledge of SAP- Preferred.

* Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, word, Outlook, etc..)- required.

* Road warrior (Travel extensively and be willing to drive long distances up to 3-5 hours).

* 50% + Domestic Overnight Travel.

* Medical Device background desired.

* Ability to read small print at different levels of lighting.

* Driver's license with a clean driving record.

* Work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
