Logistics & Inventory Coordinator

LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading Logistics firm in the SaaS space in their search for an Inventory & Logistics Coordinator. This is a 6-month contract with the potential to convert for the right person! This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days onsite in the western suburbs of Chicago. Inventory & Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Manage restocking, inventory and global shipments
• Ensure accuracy in NetSuite and 3rd-party systems
• Coordinate with 3PLs and handle international shipping labels/ASNs
• Manage stock returns and deployment orders

Inventory & Logistics Coordinator Requirements:

• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Transportation experience preferred
• Experience in purchasing, sourcing and planning preferred
• Knowledge of electronic industry and international logistics is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong technical aptitude in various computer programs
