Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Logistics Manager to lead our warehouse operations, driving efficiency and optimizing processes to support our growing retail business. This role is integral to overseeing all aspects of warehouse management, including inventory accuracy, cost control, staff performance, and space utilization. The ideal candidate will bring over 8 years of retail warehouse management experience, a strong background in logistics planning, and the ability to lead large teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of warehouse management, including cost accounting for warehouse operations, warehouse layout, goods storage, inventory management, and operational efficiency. Continuously improve warehouse management systems and processes.
  • Manage daily operations of the warehousing department, ensuring efficient and effective staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and evaluation of work performance and attitude, along with adherence to procedures and standards.
  • Handle the inbound, outbound, returns, and inventory management of warehouse goods. Develop and execute inventory audit plans to ensure accuracy and authenticity of stock levels and maintain product security.
  • Supervise and participate in monthly stock counts, conduct spot-checks on stock levels, verify accuracy, and ensure alignment between records and physical stock. Strictly address discrepancies in line with policies, and promptly report inventory findings and analysis of discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement training programs for warehouse employees, regularly assess their work quality, and fairly and objectively implement performance incentives.
  • Supervise logistics responsibilities and management standards, optimize warehouse management practices and processes, and effectively control warehouse operating costs.
  • Manage warehouse space efficiently and scientifically. Continuously optimize operations based on current warehousing conditions and propose improvement plans to maximize warehouse utilization.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to various major emergencies.
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Logistics Management, or a related field. Proficient in both Chinese and English.
  • Over 8 years of experience in warehouse management in the retail industry, with experience managing teams of 50 or more people.
  • Practical and dedicated work ethic, strong logical thinking and written communication skills, and excellent leadership, negotiation, interpersonal, coordination, execution abilities, as well as team innovation and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in standard office software, especially Excel and Access for analytical purposes.
  • Prior experience in setting up new large warehouses, including planning, cost calculation, and project design, is preferred.
