Implementing and ongoing management for key purchasing metrics.2. Managing the resolution of issues and problem-solving to support the Manufacturing of products.3. Performing daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and analysis of current processes using operational metrics and reports.4. Supporting monthly Operational reviews with presentations and relevant data for key suppliers.5. Measuring supplier performance and implementing supply strategies to support customers' needs.6. Partnering with other stakeholder teams across business units (Logistics, Fulfillment, Finance, Sourcing) to develop necessary analysis and documentation collaboratively.7. Communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams.8. Implementing a rigorous and disciplined process for managing the supply base, including Quarterly business reviews and supplier relationships.9. Working with the New Product Introduction team and ensuring a smooth and timely manufacturing ramp on new programs supporting all lines of business.10. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.11. Ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction metrics are met.12. Using process improvement methods to ensure continuous improvement across all supply chain operations and manage supply resolution constraints.13. Serving as thought leader for business processes, developing forward-thinking strategies that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels.14. The Logistics Manager I will be responsible for supervising two (2) subordinate employees.15. The position requires to travel domestically up to five (5) percent of the time.16. The position is eligible for part-time telecommuting.Additional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesBachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent* in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field and six (6) years of experience in a systems analysis or development occupation. Experience must include:
- Six (6) years of experience with Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering related experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge** of managing transformational efforts in manufacturing or service environments.
- Demonstrated knowledge** of data analysis to drive improvements for internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated knowledge** of Project Management, including communicating with customers and senior leadership.
ORMaster's Degree or foreign equivalent* in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field and four (4) years of experience in a systems analysis or development occupation.Experience must include:
- Four (4) years of experience with Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering related experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge** of managing transformational efforts in manufacturing or service environments.
- Demonstrated knowledge** of data analysis to drive improvements for internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated knowledge** of Project Management, including communicating with customers and senior leadership
