Your primary objectives will include monitoring supply chains and shipments, engaging in regular communication with clients, ensuring timely schedules for client orders, maintaining accurate records, promptly addressing errors to promote client satisfaction, and managing inventory databases.Responsibilities
- Coordinate timely and accurate shipments to meet client requirements
- Ensure the accuracy of orders and shipping documents, including bills and invoices
- Identify and address shipping errors promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain client satisfaction
