The Logistics Manager will oversee all functions related to the movement, importation, and storage of LAKE products to ensure goods are received and distributed in a timely and cost-efficient manner. They will manage third-party logistics (3PL) relationships, including warehousing, transportation, customs brokerage, and drayage providers, to achieve optimal performance and compliance with service agreements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce logistics, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee the transportation of inbound freight from origin port to the 3PL warehouse, tracking shipments and resolving any issues or delays to ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate inbound shipment delays to internal teams, escalating risk to launch.
- Execute inventory rework projects in partnership with the 3PL warehouse.
- Manage and reconcile inventory between the 3PL warehouse management system (WMS) and NetSuite.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the 3PL warehouse and internal teams, ensuring precise and proactive communication to achieve direct-to-consumer fulfillment objectives.
- Manage 3PL partner relationships, monitoring performance to ensure compliance with service agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics activities with business goals and customer expectations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee and advise on statistical audits of inbound shipments when quality issues are reported and facilitate resolution to reported variances in partnership with finance, production, and planning teams.
- Travel to the 3PL warehouse to provide on-site support and process improvement implementation as required (specific travel requirement to be determined).

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce logistics management
- Proven experience managing inbound freight and 3PL relationships
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices
