Apply today!Key Responsibilities:Inventory Control
  • Manage warehouse inventory and maintain records at all terminals.
  • Maintain control of durable goods inventory and ensure balanced stockage.
  • Oversee the supply purchasing and distribution process.
  • Manage and maintain load inventories to ensure proper stock of tools and equipment.
  • Inspect items (e.g., slings) and coordinate outsourcing for required inspections.
  • Manage and coordinate repair needs for warehouse and yard inventory, including jacks, rams, slings, etc.
Trucking
  • Manage the Dispatch Team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of equipment to job sites.
  • Ensure accurate production and maintenance of shipping logs and Bills of Lading (BOLs).
  • Select carriers for transportation and negotiate contracts and rates.
Forecast Equipment Requirements
  • Analyze upcoming projects and determine equipment needs.
  • Advise the Operations team of equipment shortages.
  • Coordinate equipment purchases or rentals to address shortages.

  • Experience in logistics management, warehouse management, inventory control, and dispatching.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
