Haulistic is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Manager of Agent Recruiting to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Haulistic's Independent Sales Representative (ISR) program and will leverage your proven expertise in recruiting agents to enhance our operations.
Your expertise in logistics will be vital in evaluating and recruiting agents to ensure they are the right fit for our organization. This role is exclusively focused on expanding our ISR program through strategic agent recruitment.

Background & Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years in the Freight/ 3PL Logistics and Transportation industries with a strong understanding of the brokerage industry & business model.
- 3 to 5+ years as an Agent Recruiter or experience recruiting agents in a similar role is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy specifically aimed at attracting agents for our Independent Station Program.
- Source potential agents through a variety of channels, including social media platforms, professional networks, and networking events.
- Conduct phone and in-person meetings to assess whether prospects are a suitable fit for Haulistic's ISR program.
- Manage the onboarding process for all new agents, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
- Identify gaps in the recruitment process and create scalable solutions to enhance organizational support.
