Logistics/Operations Specialist (e-commerce)

Coda Search is partnering with a global international trade and development firm with offices located in Westchester County. This is a global firm that operates across 5 main product lines with revenues in excess of $10BN+. The team is seeking someone to join its e-commerce team where they will be working closely with clients such as Walmart and Home Depot where they will be responsible for tracking shipments, managing inventory levels, preparing KPI analysis, and preparing ad-hoc Excel reports for senior leadership. This is a dynamic role that will work closely with several leaders and manage key relationships with some of the company's biggest accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Track inventory levels and ensure the proper fulfillment of orders for each of its outlets
• Utilize the Walmart Retail Link to ensure KPI's are being
• Work closely with the traffic team to ensure the shipping of all items
• Utilize Excel to track SKU's and analyze key metrics
• Work closely with various departments and collaborate to meet company goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree required
• 2+ years of experience (ideally within e-commerce)
• Prior experience working with big box retailers
• Strong Excel skills (vlookups/pivots)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
