COMPANY: MANE POSITION: Logistics Operator FLSA Classification: Non-exempt/Hourly GENERAL SCOPE: The Logistics Operator will be involved in multiple tasks associated with logistics including but not limited to shipping, receiving, sample pulling, data entry, and material handling. Key competencies: Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Mathematical Skills including Weights and Conversions, Understanding of Supply Chain Activities, and Computer Skills. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain strict adherence to equipment SOPs, GMP standards, and documentation requirements.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including use of engineering controls and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe workplace for all employees.
- Assisting with the shipment of finished products to customers according to customer order requirements, ensuring accurate paperwork, labeling, and on-time delivery
- Assisting with receiving all raw materials and supplies into the warehouse, check condition of materials and accuracy of paperwork, and provide sample to Quality Control.
- Communicate effectively with Customer Service, Purchasing, Quality, Regulatory, Production, Planning and Carriers on a daily basis or as needed
- Maintain inventory integrity and good housekeeping in the warehouse.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of shipping, receiving, and warehouse experience preferred.
- Flavor and fragrance industry is also a plus but not required
- Forklift and Dangerous Goods (hazmat) experience preferred. (Training will be provided)
