As a fast-growing healthcare technology company, were seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes. This role is crucial to ensuring that our supply chain supports timely, efficient, and compliant product delivery to our customers across the nation. Position Summary: The Logistics Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Pivotal Med Supplys logistics and warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping, receiving, and order processing. This role will play a critical part in integrating Microsoft Business Central into daily workflows, ensuring data accuracy, tracking product flow, and implementing efficiency improvements. This individual will also lead, train, and support warehouse staff, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive, data-driven logistics professional with experience in healthcare or regulated industries and a focus on optimizing operations through technology and best practices. Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations Management: Direct daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping of DME products. Ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment while maintaining high standards for customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance. Team Leadership: Manage, train, and support warehouse staff, fostering a positive work culture and teamwork. Implement training programs and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain a safe, productive, and efficient work environment. Inventory Control & Optimization: Develop and maintain robust inventory tracking systems, leveraging Microsoft Business Central to monitor stock levels, optimize storage, and prevent stockouts or overstock. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure data accuracy and efficiency, minimizing errors, damages, and losses. Logistics Coordination & Partner Management: Coordinate logistics efforts with suppliers, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods. Work closely with the Finance, Customer Service, and Sales Operations teams to align logistics with broader business needs and ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience. System Integration & Process Improvement: Maximize the use of Microsoft Business Central and other technology tools for real-time tracking of inventory, warehousing, and reporting. Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency, reduce lead times, and drive cost savings. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, shipping times, inventory turnover, and delivery efficiency. Prepare and present monthly logistics performance reports to management, highlighting key achievements, areas for improvement, and actionable insights. Budget & Cost Management: Monitor the logistics budget, manage expenses, and implement cost-effective solutions for warehousing, shipping, and labor needs. Identify opportunities for cost savings through improved processes, vendor negotiations, and optimized inventory management. Health, Safety, & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards related to DME storage and distribution. Establish and enforce safety protocols to reduce workplace hazards, conducting regular safety audits to promote a safe and compliant workplace. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred. Experience: 5 years in logistics or supply chain management, ideally within a healthcare, DME, or regulated environment. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP for inventory and logistics management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Skills: Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. Communication Abilities: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and effectively collaborate with various departments. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCP, or CLTD).
