Position Summary:
The Logistics Planner - Field Services manages the company's Field Services routing, maximizes route efficiency and provides superior customer service. This position engages and collaborates with the Sales, Field Services and Operations teams as well as Customers in order to provide efficient and effective support.
Position Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the company's field services and logistics routing, maximizing route efficiency and drive value for the company through business results by increasing the return on our investment in our people
* Maintain working knowledge of all department IT applications with adherence to available methodologies, tools and resources that will consistently achieve key performance metrics demonstrating the effectiveness of the routing department
* Engage and collaborate with the Sales, Field Services and Operations teams as well as Customers in order to provide efficient and effective support
* Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree and 0 to 1 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 4 plus years of related experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree
