Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems – Product Support Team (PST) is seeking a Logistics Program Manager2 for B-21 Production Programs. This LPM will support B-21 LRIP & future Production efforts. reporting to the B-21 PST Director. Technical areas of responsibility include Reliability, Maintainability & Testability (RM&T), Design for Supportability, Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), Maintenance Planning, Obsolescence Management (DMSMS), Availability/Operations & Support (O&S) Modeling, Support Equipment Engineering, Technical Data, Spares and Repairs for the B-21 Production programs. This position will mature into a broader role, initially consisting of direct support to programs and then evolving to people management. This position will be located at the Manned Aircraft Design Center of Excellence (CoE) onsite in Melbourne, Florida.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage and integrate B-21 Product Support production efforts for the functions listed above.
- Be the single point of accountability for accomplishing production program objectives for the team.
- Identify and communicate design and issue impacts across the larger logistics community on the production program to drive design changes and ensure all program and customer requirements are addressed.
- Identify risks and opportunities and coordinate with project teams to mitigate and retire risks.
- Assess issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Prepare briefings for management/customer and develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and tools for intervention and problem solving with project managers, suppliers and clients.
- Provide management and guidance to the Product Support Team in support of B-21 EMD & Sustainment AV efforts.

Basic Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree AND 9 years of related professional/military experience that includes a background in Logistics, OR a Master's degree AND 7 years of related professional/military experience that includes a background in Logistics.
- 1 year of experience leading a team and developing talent, within the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Active DoD SECRET clearance, within 5 years of last investigation with the ability to obtain and maintain a special access program clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills with proven ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understanding of Defense Acquisition Logistics.
- Knowledge of the Engineering Change Proposal process.
- Experience integrating Product Support efforts across the disciplines described above.
- Experience leading across a large department in a matrix environment
- Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVMS).
Salary Range: $111,700 - $167,500The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
