Position Overview
* Oversee the overall Logistics REEF program, including process design, fleet definition, selection, and acquisition
* Develop and implement a training program for new Operators to ramp up operations smoothly
* Collaborate with REEF Digital Product and Tech Teams to improve REEF systems for external operators
* Monitor logistics operations metrics, identify gaps, determine root causes, and implement solutions for continuous performance improvement
* Ensure business compliance with relevant regulatory standards
* Work cross-functionally with REEF departments (Growth, Product, Tech, Finance, Legal) to enhance overall logistics performance
Qualifications
* 3-6 years of experience in logistics, with a focus on large-scale design and program management
* Proven experience managing external operators and KPIs
* Familiarity with logistics safety and regulatory standards
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
