Job Description:
Ciqima Federal Services, LLC is hiring a Logistics Program Manager for the office in Mount Pleasant, SC. The Logistics Program Manager is responsible for the successful completion of all requirements and tasks under a US Government contract to include vendor management, staff supervision, and financial management activities. Ensures all activities are carried out in accordance with established specifications, schedules, and budgets. Serves as the single point of contact for Government Program Manager/Contractive Officer Representative. Ensures all vendors fulfill their contractual responsibilities.PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provides program management for supply chain management contracts
  • Interface with Government customer
  • Responsible for performing tasks and duties related to logistics and supply chain management operations
  • Monitors and services Quote Files
  • Processes Requests for Quote
  • Receives and populates vendor bids ensuring source documentation is available and auditable for all Quote File activity
  • Monitors and updates Customer Sales Orders
  • Monitors and updates Customer Quotes on a daily basis
  • Monitors and updates purchase orders
  • Sources multiple vendors for items requested from Government
  • Monitors and updates financial information in spreadsheets
  • Supports all company safety and security policies and procedures
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
  • Knowledgeable of processes and procedures for receipt, control, and distribution of government technical data
  • Knowledgeable of proper government contractual obligations and federal acquisition regulations
  • Knowledge of the organization, functions, responsibilities and procedures within supply support operations
  • Understand, communicate, and ensure compliance with U.S. export regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, direct, and perform supervisory duties in a manner conducive to full performance and high morale.
  • Ability to maintain a variety of complex records and to prepare reports from such records.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop written reports and action plans
  • Ability to express ideas concisely and clearly, orally and in writing
  • Ability to perform the full range of proposal, Quote and Order processing duties
  • Considerable interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
  • Experience and demonstrated ability to serve the customers and others with business in a courteous and professional manner
  • Ability to propose, organize and implement process improvements
  • Previous experience working with US Government Agency customers is preferred
EDUCATION & MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Management and a minimum of four years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Supply Chain/Logistics.
  • Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) certificate preferred
