Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Providing customer support to clients, provide support to Pace project management staff, interact with the Sales & Marketing staff to assist with logistical setup, entering of bottle orders and fulfillment (lab support) and or courier requests, assist with answering main line for incoming phone calls; inventory control, general housekeeping duties. There will also be times where you will be driving a company vehicle to assist with logistical needs of the group.

Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma required; BS/BA preferred but not necessary.Experience: Client services; proficient in the use of EXCEL, WORD and client service software tools.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer services support to all clients as needed
  • Project management pertaining to bottle order entry
  • Set up sampling events and maintain sampling schedules
  • Support sales staff with project logistics
  • Aid in the design and implementation of new client service mechanisms
  • Must be organized and detailed
  • Aid in all logistical process included but not limited to driving a company vehicle for sample pickups and drop offs.
  • Ability to communicate with a wide range of people
  • Must be motivated and have a positive attitude
  • Must be a team player but also skilled to work independently
  • Good phone / communication skills
  • Must be able to multitask to manage several projects at one time.
  • Active participant in company's LEAN/process efficiency initiative.
  • Minimum Required Skills:

  • Strong oral/written communication and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license
