We operate 20 production facilities in Turkey, as well as sales and logistics centers in the United States, Germany, France, Poland, Romania, and Turkey. We have sales offices in Canada, the United Kingdom, and China, along with 5 resident engineering offices.

We are seeking a Logistics Responsible for our logistics center in the States which operates within the Norm Fasteners who aligns with the principles of our organization and values self-development, possessing the following qualifications.

Role Overview: The Logistics Responsible is accountable for the planning, coordination, and timely execution of logistics activities in alignment with customer expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or Logistics Management,
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in the field of logistics,
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations in logistics,
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP experience is a plus,
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities,
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and solution oriented mindset,
  • Strong communication and interpersonel skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor customer orders and communicate changes with customers and relevant departments, reflecting them in the system,
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to track the production and planning of orders,
  • Organize transportation in accordance with delivery deadlines for current orders, ensuring coordination with the warehouse for loading and shipment processes,
  • Prepare export documents and coordinate export processes with customs consultants,
  • Monitor inventory of ordered materials and manage processes in coordination with relevant departments and customers during critical situations,
  • Conduct stock tracking throughout the process,
  • Obtain and deliver quality documents requested by customers,
  • Participate in improvement efforts and projects related to customer management processes.
