At TMC, we're committed to excellence in everything we do.TMC Offers:Competitive Salary with Uncapped commission structureComprehensive Benefit Package401(k) PlanEmployee Ownership - ESOP!In depth trainingTMC Transportation has an immediate opening for a Logistics Sales Representative working out of our corporate office in Bentonville, AR.PRIMARY FUNCTION:Research leads to build a pipeline of prospective clients.Convert leads to opportunities through sales and marketing calls.Provide freight solutions to shippers.Successfully negotiate price and service terms.Manage client accounts to maintain and build relationships.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:Previous transportation brokerage/sales experience is a plusBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.Proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer serviceProficiency with MS Office software; experience with Sales Automation, Customer Relationship Management or web based software programsAbility to execute a vision, manages multiple priorities, and achieves resultsOutgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a people person )
