Fairmont Logistics is seeking a positive, goal-oriented Logistics Sales Representative to join our logistics sales team in Charleston, SC. This person will have to opportunity to be a cornerstone piece of a new office, helping to set a winning culutre and be a part of growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a growing book of business and providing value to customers within a logistics market. The responsibilities will propsecting and collaborating with new customers, providing exellend service and value to our clients, and contributing to an awesome office/team culture. This person should be a self-starter and highly motivated. They should be familiar with inside sales processes, and have familiarity with CRM's, overcoming objections, and closing. Logistics experience is a plus! - Proven experience in a sales
- Experience in handling objections in an inside sales environment
- Coachability and Positivity
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Logististic experience is a plus
- Ability to analyze data and logistics industry trends
- Demonstrated success in managing growing book of business
- Prompt, professional, and a leader by example
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or a related field-- or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in a sales role
