Job Responsibilities1.Start from daily operations management as well as performance/supplier management, get a better understanding on the supply chain.2.Deep dive into business opportunities, partner with leadership to output the solutions to the most complex business and operational challenges.3.Collaborate with internal & external key stakeholders, engage and lead continuous improvement projects in fulfillment area.Job RequirementsBasic Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree or above with a graduation date between December 2024-September 2025.2. Flexibility to work on shift if works in Whitestown, IN (Including weekends and holidays if required)Preferred Requirements:1. Supply chain management and logistics related majors are preferred.2. Rich experience in campus activities and off-campus internships, with class management experience/rich practical projects and other experiences are preferred.3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent leadership, like independent thinking, strong problem-solving ability and execution, result oriented.4. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.5. Strong people partnership skills with the ability to work effectively on cross-cultural and cross-functional teams, able to think big and influence across all levels of an organization.
