Fujifilm Cellular Dynamics is looking for a motivated and reliable individual to be a key member of our logistics team. You would be responsible for carrying out all duties related to the dailyoperations of the warehouse.

Good candidates should be able to complete a variety of tasks, including:
Advanced understanding of domestic and international logistics requirements and pathways
Training new employees and other personnel on systems, process, documentation, and analysis
Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise
Driving process efficiencies
Generating process documentation with excellent writing skills
Decision making support for global logistics strategies and shipping products worldwide
Receiving materials in ERP system, traceability labeling, and preparing the materials for QA inspection
Utilizing ERP system to manage and maintain inventory in multiple locations
Physical interaction with inventory for distribution and management including transfer between storage areas or buildings, supporting cycle counting, and provision of materials to internal groups
ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS/ ROLES:
Identifies and implements improvements to work processes and Logistics environment
Operating carrier shipping software
Participating in department and company meetings
Ordering supplies, as required
Training and support of new staff
Monitor cold storage and provide solutions if there is equipment failure
Recognized internally as an expert for their area of expertise
QUALIFICATIONS:
Four years relevant experience in Logistics or related department
Advanced writing skills to support process documentation
Able to work individually or as a team
Experience with ERP software as well as Microsoft Office or Google software
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate degree or three plus years experience in Logistics or related department
Hazardous Materials DOT/IATA certification
Experience with SAP
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Able to work with hazardous materials (i.e. chemicals, electrical equipment) without endangering oneself or others
Able to work at computer for extended periods of time
Able to occasionally lift 50 pounds
