What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of experience in a logistics department
- Experience in a manufacturing or distribution center is a plus
- Strong communication skills

What You'll Do as a Logistic Specialist:
- Coordinate customer order logistics and fulfillment
- Manage agency and manufacturing logistics, as well as warehouse stocking
- Scan and attach shipping, receiving, and production documents in Deacom and physical filing systems
- Print SDS and other required shipping and production documents
- Update Deacom with accurate shipping reference numbers, including PRO and tracking numbers
- Provide shipment status updates to customer service as needed
- Learn to arrange shipments during peak seasons and provide coverage during vacations
- Control visitor access at the front door
- Maintain and manage office supply inventory
- Perform general housekeeping tasks in office and break areas
- Assist in processing freight claims to ensure proper reimbursement
- Support inventory cycle counts of warehouse stock as required
- Help organize and maintain the inventory of product labels
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as safety glasses, gloves, and closed-toe shoes
- Follow company safety practices, ethics, and policies
