Position: Night Shift PC&L Supervisor
Location: Forvia Seating Plant, Chattanooga, TN
Shift: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

What You'll Do:
As the PC&L Supervisor, you will take ownership of the internal flow of materials and finished goods, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers. You will manage the logistics operations within the plant and lead your team to new heights of efficiency and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Delivery Excellence:
- Lead the preparation and loading of finished products into trucks, track shipments, and communicate any delays or failures. Drive the reduction of Misdeliveries per Million (MPM) and lead corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Supply Chain Efficiency:
- Ensure production lines are always stocked with the right materials by managing the unloading of supplies, maintaining stock area cleanliness, and tracking supplier performance.
- Component Storage:
- Oversee proper storage of components—ensuring correct placement, stackability, and container quality to maximize space and minimize errors.
- Logistics Fundamentals:
- Implement and maintain core logistics operations such as booking, traceability, labeling, and container management.
- Productivity Gains:
- Identify and implement strategies to improve logistics productivity, reduce waste, and drive operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership:
- Manage, train, and develop a high-performing team of logistics operators, empowering them to achieve their full potential and deliver exceptional results.
- HSE Compliance:
- Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring your team adheres to Health, Safety & Environmental regulations and company policies. Support ISO 14001 environmental initiatives and ensure all activities align with safety standards.
- Problem Solving & Accountability:
- Monitor performance, resolve issues, and issue disciplinary actions when necessary to maintain high operational standards and meet company expectations.

Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within logistics or production, preferably in an automotive or manufacturing environment.
- Experience in managing teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to make quick, informed decisions and solve problems efficiently.
- Familiarity with logistics and inventory management systems.
- Proven ability to drive safety and productivity improvements.
