Logistics Supervisor at Univertical LLCReports To: Vice PresidentAre you ready to lead and optimize logistics operations in a dynamic environment? Univertical LLC is seeking a skilled and organized Logistics Supervisor to oversee our shipping and receiving processes, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance in all warehouse operations. This role is essential to maintaining our high standards of service and productivity.Key Responsibilities: Lead daily operations in the shipping and receiving department.Uphold and enhance department standards and safety protocols.Ensure timely and accurate shipping and receiving processes.Analyze and resolve issues, including customer complaints.Confirm that all shipments comply with customer specifications and regulatory requirements (49 CFR, IMDG, IATA).Verify documentation accuracy and manage secure access to warehouse areas.Oversee team training, development, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.Collaborate with other departments for seamless operations. Requirements: High School diploma or GED with 3-5 years of logistics or shipping experience.Experience with pick tickets and BOL.Proven supervisory experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of D.O.T. regulations and federal shipping/receiving guidelines.Experience working with freight companies.Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
