ENTRY LEVEL LOGISTICS SUPPORT ROLE!!!***M-F Day Shift!!!Great opportunity to work in a Pharmaceuticals Company!!!TECHNICAL AND COMMUNICATIVE SKILLS:Sound verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrates an understanding of relevant internal and external shipping/receiving guidelinesBasic computer skills to support operation of tracking applications and other related systemsDescription:Shipping/Receiving-Logistics-Receives all incoming goods, checks for accuracy against packing slips and prepares for deliveryEnters all relevant information into electronic receiving systemMaintains updated receiving files and follows-up with the Purchasing Department regarding receiving problems, as directed by supervisorDelivers and picks-up mail on a regular schedule as assignedAssists with the packaging of outbound freight for transfer to carriers, couriers and brokersMaintains a clean and safe work environmentPerforms other duties as assignedfork lift license and experience preferredAble to lift a minimum of 40 lbsSkills:computer skills, shipping & receiving, chemical handling, Standard operating procedure, Laboratory, Safety, packager, forklift certified, forklift operationExperience Level:Entry Level#LI-SC1About ActalentActalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
