Job Summary Our Logistics Warehouse Specialist provide inventory control and inventory management services, leveraging technical proficiency in warehouse management systems, shipper portals, Microsoft Outlook and Excel. They receive, inspect, inbound, store, and outbound high-touch, time-critical materials. They are proficient with physical inventories and cycle counts. They are excellent pro-active problem solvers. They prioritize client relationships and accountability and consistently exceed service expectations. Work Hours We are specifically looking for a work-shift of Monday - Friday 5am - 2pm with rotating Saturdays. Additionally we operate 24/7/365 in accordance with operational needs and flexibility and availability are important for teamwork. Work Environment This position operates in an indoor warehouse setting in high and low temperature conditions with occasional outdoor work. The role frequently requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, copiers, scanners, telephone and fax. Plus the use of warehouse equipment such as rolling ladders, hand trucks, pallet jacks and forklifts. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to perform rigorous physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and whole body movement such as standing, reaching, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, carrying over 50 lbs., and repetitive hand motions requiring finger dexterity and hand eye coordination. Ability to hear, speak, and visually inspect are required. Preferred Education and Experience High School graduate or GED equivalent One or more year's previous inventory management experience Professionally proficiency with WMS, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel Additional Eligibility Requirements Satisfactory completion of background screening, drug screening are required. Subsequent HIPAA training, Bloodborne Pathogen training, OSHA Warehouse training, TSA training, and forklift training
