TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Long-Term Care RN in Garrison, North Dakota, 58540 Pay Information $2,038 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-Hour Days, Every Other Weekend, Every Other Major Holiday Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Required to submit Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Must-Have: LTC experience Job Description: - No clinical involvement required - 26-bed Long Term Care facility - Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Matrix - Nurse-to-patient ratios: 1:10 on days, 1:19 nights - Common diagnoses include heart disease, diabetes, and dementia - Act as charge nurse, pass medications, and perform wound care - No IVs or titratable drips; no tele monitors - No requirement to attend team conferences for acute inpatient rehab - Department of Nursing management; no supervisors present - Physician availability after hours via phone on-call - Interdisciplinary team involves Physical Therapy as needed and a social worker designee - Oxygen Therapy/Equipment includes concentrators and portable concentrators - Off-site pharmacy; no medication dispensing system on-site - Schedule consists of 12-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM; no blocked or self-scheduling - No on-call or standby requirement - No floating requirement - Dress code: No specific scrub color required, must be clean and presentable - 2-3 shifts for unit/department-specific orientation Interested candidates must adhere to a 50-mile radius rule and should not be employed in any capacity with associated facilities. All requested time off needs to be submitted upfront; additional requests are not approved post-submission.
