- Earned Bachelor's degree in related field
- Pennsylvania Certificate in related field as required

JOB GOAL To provide student(s) with an appropriate program that will enable him/her to reach his/her fullest academic, physical, emotional, psychological and behavioral potential. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Demonstrate adequate knowledge of content and pedagogy.

- Demonstrate adequate knowledge of students and how to use this knowledge to direct and guide instruction.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT Compensation and conditions of employment as per agreement between Shippensburg Area Education Association and Shippensburg Area School District.
