Must have the ability to work cooperatively with others and be willing to provide assistance in other areas as needed and /or assignedESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES All other duties as assigned 1. Performs general office duties including filing, keyboarding, record keeping 2. Compiles inventory and works with principal to order necessary supplies using district approved procedures 3. Maintains records of building accounts 4. Prepares building payroll 5. Assists with student information and reports as needed 6. Must demonstrate professional behavior and respect for confidentiality in the work place 7. Must have excellent Microsoft Office product skills 8. Must have good organizational skills; be able to take the initiative on tasks and work Independently on assignments SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES NoneQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak and communicate effectively with students, employees of organization, parents and community members MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, staff and the school community. Ability to speak clearly and concisely both in oral and written communication. Ability to perform duties with awareness of all job requirements.
