We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. If you have a strong background in bookkeeping, a keen eye for financial details, and a dedication to maintaining precise records, we invite you to explore this opportunity with us. Key Duties:
- Manage credit card accounts and reconcile associated transactions.
- Handle payroll processing for both salary and hourly employees.
- Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
- Reconcile bank statements, and ensure financial transactions are properly recorded.
- Prepare financial reports and statements for review by senior management.
Skills and Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of proven bookkeeping experience with a construction company
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
