Title: Customer Care Specialist/ Administrative Assistant
Location: Concord NH, Pittsburgh PA and Franklin TN
Duration : 12 months
This position is 100% onsite
The position is contract for 12 months with an opportunity to be extended.
Requirements and Skills
- Must have a bachelor s or associate degree.
- Customer service or call center experience a plus.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize work to meet specific deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Customer service & administrative assistants with claims processing.
- Healthcare/Insurance/Hospitality Domain is a Plus
