Ideal candidates for this program are:College major relevant for a position in the insurance industry such as: Insurance or Risk Management, Occupational Safety & Health, or other related majorsInterest in insurance related careersMotivated to accomplish big things while demonstrating the upmost level of integrityCurious to seek out new experiences, knowledge and feedbackInsightful and interested in analyzing information and suggesting new possibilitiesStrong interpersonal skills and able to build meaningful relationships with customersAdaptable and determined to strive for excellence despite challengesMust have valid Driver's LicenseMust be able to climb ladders and access building rooftopsNext StepsAccepting Applications through December 2024Interviews and Offers Extended through January 2025Effective Work Dates run from May 2025 through August 2025 (summer break)Work AuthorizationCentral will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
