Lot Associates assist customers with the loading of their vehicles and also monitor and maintain the entrance of the store. They are responsible for maintaining a sufficient quantity of carts near the entrance. This position interacts with Home Depot associates and customers, and customer service plays a vital role since they are often the first and last associate to interact with customers. Direct customer interaction is frequently required, and excellent customer service skills are essential.

Onsite – An associate in an onsite role is required to work at a specific Home Depot location to complete their job duties.

As part of the application process for this role, there will be an online assessment that takes about 17 minutes to complete. You will be directed to the assessment link immediately after submitting your application. Once you click on the link, you will need to complete it within 72 hours after starting it. You may stop and restart the assessment as many times as you like within the 72-hour time frame.
