Lot Associates assist customers with the loading of their vehicles and also monitor and maintain the entrance of the store. They are responsible for maintaining a sufficient quantity of carts near the entrance. This position interacts with Home Depot associates and customers. As the Lot Associate is often the first and last associate to interact with customers, excellent customer service skills are essential.
Onsite – An associate in an onsite role is required to work at a specific Home Depot location to complete their job duties.
As part of the application process for this role, there will be an online assessment taking about 17 minutes to complete. You will be directed to the assessment link immediately after submitting your application. The assessment must be completed within 72 hours after starting it, and you may stop and restart as many times as needed within that timeframe.
