Lot Attendant

Responsibilities include:
* Keeps vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by management and in accordance with dealership display standards
* Parks new vehicles when factory deliveries are made
* Properly stock tags new and used vehicle
* Maintains vehicle inventory appearance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles (washing, vacuuming, etc.)
* Provides seasonal building and lot maintenance (i.e. removing snow from vehicles, shoveling, salting, floor cleaning, shop maintenance, etc.)
* Maintain a valid Drivers License and immediately informing management of any change in license status
* Runs errands as requested, in support of various departments
* Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
* Clear and Valid Driver's License is required, no exception
* High school education or equivalent
* Must be able to drive both an automatic and manual car shift
* Must be capable and willing to work both indoors & outdoors during all weather conditions
* Must be available to work a schedule which includes weekday and Saturday hours
* Must be highly reliable and have a solid work ethic
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to walk, bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects (up to 75 pounds) as needed
* Spends 100% of work-day standing
