Lot Attendant/Porter Job Responsibilities
* Perform shuttle vehicle driver.
* Move vehicles out of service drive and park for technicians.
* Provide quality customer service to guests.
* Maintain the orderly appearance of loaner vehicles.
* Pick up and deliver parts for Parts Dept.
* Assist Service Department where needed.

Qualifications
Lot Attendant/Porter Qualifications
* Ability to engage with clients in a courteous and professional manner, providing a positive customer experience.
* Capable of communicating effectively with clients and colleagues to address inquiries and concerns promptly.
* Demonstrated safe driving practices with a clean motor vehicle history.
* Commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness and presentation for client vehicles.
* Ability to adhere to schedules and timelines to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of vehicles.
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not included in the screening.
