    Summary of Position The Lot Attendant Supervisor is responsible creating a satisfactory buying experience for our customersby maintaining accessibility and appearance of the dealership, lot, and vehicles, and delegating tasks to Lot Attendants to help accomplish this. You would be an integral part of a team, the sales process, and ultimately creating lifelong customer relationships. Responsibilities
    • Assists in the hiring functions of Lot Attendants, including conducting in-person interviews
    • Corrects Lot Attendant time cards as needed and approves or declines requested time off.
    • Assigns and prepares schedules for Lot Attendants.
    • Compares serial numbers of incomingcars against packing slip.
    • Prepare all vehicles for sale, auction, or tradeaccording to proper policy and procedure.
    • Prepare all vehicles for delivery according to proper policy and procedure,and execute a pre-delivery inspection.
    • Prepare all vehicles received from auction, trade, or purchase according to proper policy and procedure.
    • Keep interior and exterior of vehicles clean.
    • Maintains a clean and organized lot,including movingvehicles to maximize space and keep the lot in order.
    • Checks vehicles daily and reports any problems or concerns. Notify Sales Managers of any damage or mechanical needs of inventory.
    • Recognize and rectify any general dealership andlot repairs.
    • Fuel vehicles as needed.
    • Ensure that required forms and stickers have been completed and are properly displayed, or remove as necessary.
    • Catalog and store keys.
    • Operate the carwash.
    • Confirm that all vehicles, gates, and external building doors are locked and that all supplies and tools are put away for the night.
    • Perform necessary seasonal tasks, such as: pulling weeds, blowing leaves, plowing snow and brushing off cars, etc.
    • Assist in maintain cleanliness of building interior including: emptying trash bins, cleaning restrooms, stocking paper products, and cleaning surfaces.
    • Assist as needed with taking marketing photos of inventory.
    Qualifications
    • A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
    • Detail-oriented
    • Able to lead and delegate tasks to a team of entry-level employees
    • Can lift 50-60 pounds, stand or walk on hard surfaces for the majority of shiftin all types of weather. Must be able to stoop, bend, and twist on a daily basis.
    • Able to safely operate a wide variety of cars, trucks, SUVs, and vans, including both automatic and manual transmissions.
    • Have a valid driver's license.
    • Pass a motor vehicle report and possess a safe driving record.
    • Pass a criminal background check and drug test. Also subject to random drug testing at the company's request.
