Description

The Lot Detail Attendant team member is responsible for moving vehicles on company property, and for vehicle cleaning services in support of the Honda Service Center.

Essential job functions:

* Detail and clean company vehicles

* Transport vehicles

* Record data on company vehicles

* Monitor, react and respond to Service Center customer needs

* Ensure clear communication with customers

* Ensure training and development opportunities are utilized

* Provide, foster and encourage daily team work

* Provide professional and positive atmosphere for customers

* Provide and ensure positive and effective customer relations

* Engage in daily team communication

Skills/requirements:

* Must have valid drivers license

* Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles preferred

* Ability to read and understand basic charts and diagrams

* Must have good communication and customer service skills

* Some computer experience preferred
