Get a sneak peek into life at ADESA!Role and Team* ADESA is looking for a dedicated Lot Specialist to work as part of our Flint, MI Lot team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping keep the lot maintained, organized, and work as part of a team. If you are a pro at time management, enjoy keeping things organized, understand the auto industry (or just a car enthusiast), this job is for youResponsibilities* Help with physical inventory* Review and write repair orders and coordinate with shops for vehicles that need repairs.* May track missing units and assist transporters in locating vehicles.* May ensure arbitrated units are restocked into inventory and proper announcements are made.* Help when/where needed with snow removal on the lot.* Assist the team with moving cars and preparing for sale each week.* Will be inside with a computer while other days walking outside in the elements.* Other duties as assigned.Qualifications* Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.* Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver's license.* Willing to work outside in all weather conditions.* Updated basic computer skills.* Must have a demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.* Must have the ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.ADESA Benefits and PerksCompetitive Pay | Quality Benefits | Holiday and Paid Time Off | Education and Equipment Reimbursement Programs | Matching 401(k) | Career Path Opportunities | And More!Other RequirementsTo be able to do your job at ADESA, there are some basic requirements we want to share with you.
