At Petal Animal Clinic, we strive for excellence inpet healthcare, while exceeding our client's expectations in a Christ-Centered environment Petal Animal Clinic is seeking an outgoing, highly motivated Love at First Sight team member with exceptional people skills to join our Love at First Sight team. This is a full-time position averaging 35-40 hours per week. WHAT ARE THE DUTIES OF A LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT TEAM MEMBER?As a Love at First Sight team member you will continue to establish excellence in pet healthcare by:
- Answer multiple telephone lines with proper Petal Animal Clinic greeting, in a cheerful tone; answer inquiries on telephone about puppies in the center
- Directing phone calls to proper team members and ensuring messages taken are followed through
- Accurate completion of Love at First Sight patient records
- Learn and utilize Cornerstone veterinary software for invoicing
- Work closely and respectfully with other team members in the veterinary practice to ensure a positive client experience
- Organize and maintain cleanliness in Love at First Sight
- Educate pet owners about Animal Medical Center services and products according to the standards of Petal Animal Clinic.

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?At Petal Animal Clinic, we strive to exceed our client's expectations by providing excellent service. Skills you would need for this position are:
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Love people as much as you love pets
- Available to rotate shifts on weekends and holidays
- Applicants should be available for the following time frame for shifts: 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Weekends (split shift on Sunday) and holidays are required
- Access to internet to receive schedule and communication emails from Petal Animal Clinic
- Able to move from sit to stand frequently. Be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Be a career minded individual looking for a profession in veterinary customer service
Preferred skill is previous veterinary experience, however, it is not requiredWHAT OTHER THINGS DO I NEED TO KNOW?All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future
