- Provide oversight, training, and documentation.
- Develop plans to advocate for health care needs.
- Write nursing reviews.
- Monitor medical and dental records.
- Review documentation to ensure certified staff follows procedures for reporting errors in medication administration.
- Supervise the initial worksite for med administration by staff.
- Conduct onsite training.

Requirements:
- Active LPN license in Connecticut
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred; experience with developmental disabilities is a plus
