*Licensed Practical Nurses or Staff Registered Nurse Needed:**Day Shift Charge Nurses needed.* Experience of 2-3 years in LTC preferred. 1 FT 40 for LTC unit and 1 FT for rehab unit. Can be a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse. Seeking organized, flexible LPN or RN who can work well with medical staff, residents and families as it relates to day to day resident care and services. Works with RN Unit Coordinator and Nursing Admin to assure residents needs are met timely and care plans and orders are carried out. Monitors the activities of CNAs and completion of tasks and assignments. Responsible for treatments, appointments, physician visits and assures shift documentation and charting are maintained and completed. Maintains unit compliance with facility and regulatory policies and procedures.
