Job Description: Responsibilities: Knowledge and Skills:
- Thorough understanding of cloud technologies specifically around Microsoft Teams-Phone services.
- Strong knowledge and experience with transition activities encompassing Avaya Communications Manager to Microsoft Teams-Phone platform conversions.
- General knowledge of Avaya telephony and related Voice Services.
- Progressive knowledge pertaining to concepts and principles in functional area.
- Communications: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, creativity, attention to detail, and oral and written communications skills tailored for the intended audience.
- Risk Management: [The individual] is responsible for understanding and applying risk management discipline in decision making and contributing to Candidate's or Candidate's function's risk management.
- Decision Making: Works under direction with infrequent checks; follows established methods and clear-cut policy.
- Makes decisions when general instructions or established methods indicate action to be taken.
- Supports the EUS Core Voice Services ongoing objective of transitioning the Client's Avaya Communications Manager Voice Services to Microsoft Teams-Phone with a high degree of focus on quality, innovation, and strong communications through documentation.
- Deliver solutions in an Agile environment with other Engineers and Product Owners to scope, develop, architect and provide support for Microsoft Teams-Phone technologies.
- ssumes project management responsibilities for transition initiatives.
- Obtain a thorough understanding of collaboration and product functionality via interaction with EUS technical staff, formal education with the product, and hands-on testing and implementation.
- Investigate new technologies that offer opportunities to enhance and improve the EUS' Microsoft Teams-Phone product portfolio.
- Provide input to management to help assess and plan future direction in the System collaboration infrastructure.
- Desire to learn and adapt to the ever-changing cloud technologies service offerings.
- Identifies improvement opportunities spanning service delivery, user experience, security, etc.
- Interfaces with management, developers, help desk staff and end users throughout the System while providing problem and change management support, and periodically interacts with third party vendors.
- Performs all tasks and duties in a manner that supports the Bank's objective to produce error free work and to provide high quality customer service while being a positive team player that values and cultivates inclusion, conscious collaboration, growth mindset, leading by example.

Qualifications:
- Develops conceptual, logical and physical IT engineering designs, that support the infrastructure requirements of varying levels of technical and business application projects.
- Completes analysis of business requirements, as it relates to technical infrastructure design, and ensure traceability of the design to the business requirements.
- ssesses testing requirements and prepares testing strategies, as well as preparing implementation and transition plans.
