What You Will NeedValid NYS LPN LicenseMinimum 1 year LPN experience requiredPrior hospice/ home care experience preferred, but not requiredStrong computer skillsOrganization and communication skills and ability to work as part of a teamCommunity Hospice provides a thorough orientation, preceptors and a supportive work environment. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
