The Ambulatory Care Department's mission is to deliver comprehensive, compassionate, and quality patient care throw a wide variety of community-oriented health services/program.The LPN perform tasks within the framework of case finding health teaching, counseling and provision of supportive and restorative care under the direction of a registered professional nurse or otherwise legally authorized physician (New York Practice Act).QUALIFICATIONS: A. EDUCATION REQUIRED: A graduate of an approval School of Licensed Practical B. LICENSE(S) REQUIRED: Current license to practice as a Practical Nurse in the State of New York C. EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED: Mental and physical health to meet the demands of the position D. Certifications Required: American Heart Association-Basic Life Support, Healthcare Provider BLS card in active status at all times.
