Our urology office is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team.Responsibilities: Assist with office and medical procedures. Process patient referrals to other providers. Schedule appointments and perform other administrative duties as needed. Room patients, take vitals, and utilize our EMR system. Demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology and possess strong typing skills. Work under the direct supervision of the Practice Coordinator, designee, or provider. Support secretarial and nursing staff in patient care areas.Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or LPN graduate from an Accredited Practical Nursing Program with current NYS licensure. Current certification in CPR. Demonstrated clerical and computer knowledge. Preferred experience of at least one year in a medical office setting.
