Description of the role:

HR Employer Solutions Group is seeking a highly skilled LPN to join our team in Millsboro, Delaware. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and assisting healthcare professionals in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of RNs and physicians
• Administering medications and treatments to patients
• Assisting with patient assessments and physical examinations
• Monitoring patient vitals and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
• Documenting patient information, medical histories, and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in the state of Delaware
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an LPN
• Proficient in administering medications and treatments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
