Monitor vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, temperature, heart rate).Assist with daily activities (bathing, dressing, eating).Administer medications (oral, injectable, topical).Change wound dressings and provide wound care.Document patient information and update charts.Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.Collect lab samples (blood, urine).Provide patient education and reinforce instructions.Monitor and manage IV therapy (if permitted).Ensure infection control and proper hygiene.Assist with patient admissions and discharges.Offer emotional support and comfort to patients.Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare staff.Advocate for patients' well-being and rights.Provide patient mobility assistance (transfers, walking).Report changes in patient condition to supervising nurse or physician.LPN job requirements:Licensure: Valid and active LPN license in the state where you are working.Education: Completion of an accredited LPN or LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) program.Clinical Experience: Experience in a healthcare setting, which may include internships or clinical rotations during training.Basic Life Support (BLS): Certification in BLS/CPR, typically required by employers.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams.Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods, as well as handle physically demanding tasks.Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately monitor and record patient information, medications, and vital signs.Weekly Gross Pay:Pay Package Details 14 Weeks40 Hours Per Week $11.35 Hourly taxable$69.00 OT Hourly taxable$518.00 Meals & Incidentals Per Diem (Tax Free)$868.00 Lodging Per Diem (Tax Free) $454.00 Taxable$1,386.00 Tax Free$1,840.00 Weekly Before Taxes
