*Job Title: LPN**Location: Hatboro, PA**Shift: 3pm-11pm**Pay Package: Travel Rate: $18/hr on W2 + $1300(Weekly non taxable stipend) =Weekly Gross: $2020**Local Rate: $45 /hr on W2. (without benefits)**Job Description:**Position Summary:*We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Long-Term Care (LTC) team. The LPN will provide direct nursing care to residents, assist with daily living activities, and work closely with the healthcare team to maintain a safe and caring environment. The LPN ensures the delivery of high-quality care while maintaining the dignity and respect of the residents.*Key Responsibilities:** Provide direct nursing care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and managing resident care plans.* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.* Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare staff to ensure proper care plans are followed.* Monitor residents' health, report any changes to the supervising nurse or physician, and document all care provided.* Prepare and administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.* Ensure that nursing care is provided in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations.* Respond promptly to resident requests and emergencies, providing appropriate nursing intervention.* Participate in care planning meetings, shift reports, and staff training sessions.* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and procedures.* Educate residents and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention when applicable.*Qualifications:** Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in [PA].* Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.* Strong knowledge of nursing care practices, procedures, and standards in a long-term care setting.* Compassionate, patient, and able to work effectively with elderly residents.* Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Basic computer skills for documentation.*Physical Requirements:** Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.* Capable of lifting and carrying residents or equipment.* Manual dexterity required for handling medical equipment.Job Type: ContractPay: $1,900.00 - $2,020.00 per weekPhysical Setting:* Long term careLicense/Certification:* LVN (Preferred)* BLS Certification (Preferred)* LPN (Preferred)Ability to Relocate:* Pennsylvania: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: On the road
