Apply today to learn more!ResponsibilitiesManages the day to day operations of the health and wellness component of the community to ensure the maximum levels of resident function ability, safety and wellbeing.Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living settingObserve patients/residents under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications, etc.Monitor and record vital signsProvide assistance as necessary with activates of daily livingAdminister prescribed medications, injections, wound care, and other basic medical care tasksCollect lab samplesCommunicate with other members of the team, residents, families and medical professionalsWork as a member of a multidisciplinary teamRequirementsLPN (Required)BLS Certification (Preferred, Not Required)Familiarity with hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards and proceduresExcellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminologyPerfect physical condition and staminaEqual Opportunity Employer#BMD1 #HTFPlease visit our careers page to see more job opportunities.
